Editing Evidence

This is evidence of me editing my film and piecing it together in the media programme of final cut express. I chose this programme as it aloud me to use coulor corrected and allowed me to add text and cut my clips together in a way that I wanted. This was a programme easy to use and allows me to create modifications such as some of my clips were dark due to the lighting going down however colour corrected allowed me to brighten the day and the surroundings of the characters to make it a clearer image.

Log Sheet

This is my log sheet which makes it easy to keep track of all of my raw fotrage. I created this in word document in a table as this meant everything was easily organised. I havebit to show me the length of each shot along with a difeiptikn of the shot taken. This also alowed me to see the good and the bad shots that I have collected and to make sur wi only use the successful ones in the production.

Editing through colour correcter

I used the colour corrected within the final cut express programme as some of my cottage taken from certain bagels made the imagery in the even look dark and it was hard to distinguish what was happening in the scenes so I used the colour corrected to brighten up the image to allow it to be distinguished which character was in the scene, the nonevents and the actions of what is happening which had improved as before it wasn’t clear what was actually takeoff place in the scene. This was due to the light fading fast during filing as it was sun set however due to this process I was able to make the film look as though in the same sort of time frame and over a shorter period of time and though everything happening quicker.

Evidence of using royalty free sound and music

This is the website Thatbi uses called soundbible.com where all sound you can download and it is royalty free meaning you don’t need no permission from a owner of the sound. This meant I could use this sound in my video without having any worries about not receiving the permission for use. This website also contained all the type of music and sound I needed to be able to complete my video and I was able to download from here and import into final cut express.

This is a release form that has been filled in by one of my cast members to make sure that I had their permission for filming.

contingancy plan

I have created this contingency plan to be able to have a back up in the risk that anything could go badly or wrong meaning if something was to go wrong I would have somethignto fall back on so that the production could continue to move forwards and the be able to be successful.

This is a copy of the release forms that I created for my cast and crew to sign to make sure I have the permissions and so that I could not get in trouble or involved with the law if something was to go severely wrong during the process of filming. 

Risk Assessment

I have cfrted this risk assessment as I needed to evaluate my surroundings and what could happen during filing and what could go wrong. This aloud me to see the risks that were possible and what saverity that they will be of. This also aloud me to put plans in place in case something was to go wrong or badly during the production and the creation of my media production and my film.

Equipment Booking

This is the evidence of me booking our my equipment that I had to rent as I did not own the equipment  needed myself. This was proof of renting out the equipment so that I could keep track through what equipment was mine and was rented and what date things were taken and needed to be returned and allowed me to keep track of everything I had so that things didn’t get confusing.

Storyboard

This is my storyboard which shows me step by step what will bebhapoif begween shots and during shots. This process adds up to the same as the shooting schedule however there was a few shots and scenery changed after drawing this storyboard as I had to swap to my back up location as the location was know longer available for filming when needed.

Shooting Schedule

I created this to keep in check with what was needed to happen for each shot and the way I wanted it filming with timid and the order of the shots and scenes. However there was some last minute changes that happened after the process of writing this schedule as there was a couple changes that needed to happen in order for it to be successful.
